What does the personal setup include?
A 30-minute call where we build your booking page with your services and hours, connect Stripe for payments, and — if you're moving from another tool — import your patient list and upcoming appointments. Starting fresh? We configure everything so you're ready to take your first booking before the call ends.
What happens after the 3 free months?
You continue on the same plan at the regular price, switch plans, or cancel — no upfront commitment. Billing only starts once the free period ends.
Do I need to have patients already?
No. If you're just getting started, we set up your practice from scratch — services, schedule, intake forms. If you already have patients, we migrate your list from whatever tool you use today.
What do the two feedback calls involve?
Two short video calls (about 20 minutes) over the period, where we hear about your experience and show you upcoming features before everyone else gets them.
Do I need a credit card to join?
No. Signing up doesn’t require a credit card.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. PHI is encrypted at rest, records are append-only and auditable, and the whole stack runs on AWS under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
