Is there a free plan?
Yes — Starter is free forever, including online booking and encrypted patient records. No credit card required.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade and the change takes effect immediately.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at roughly a 17% discount versus paying monthly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. PHI is encrypted at rest, clinical records are append-only and auditable, and the platform runs on AWS under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
Do you support telehealth?
Video appointments are included on the Professional and Premium plans, running through a HIPAA-eligible video provider covered under our AWS Business Associate Agreement. Premium adds recording and AI transcription of the visit.
