Build a branded website patients trust
June 26, 2026
A practice website works when a stranger can tell in a few seconds who you help, what you offer and how to book. In RafaNest you build that site inside your clinic admin, with your own logo and colors, and every page leads to your booking page. This guide covers what to put on each page and how to set it up.
What the site includes
Your public site has a Home page, a Services page, an About page, an FAQ and a Contact page. If you publish articles, an Articles page appears in the menu as well. The header carries a Book now button on every page, and the footer links to your terms, privacy policy and accessibility page.
1. Make it look like your practice
Open Design in your clinic admin. You can choose one of three templates (Classic, Minimalist or Bold), pick a color preset or set your own palette, choose fonts and change the shape and style of the buttons. Then open Public site and upload your logo. Keep the colors calm and readable, because people visiting a therapist or clinic site are often anxious and looking for reassurance.
2. Say who you help, in plain words
The Home page text is yours to edit. Lead with the people you work with and the problems you help with, not with a list of credentials. A short sentence such as who you see, in which format and where is more useful than a long mission statement.
3. Set up your services
Each service you create for booking appears on the Services page with its description and length, and a button that starts the booking. Write the description for a patient, not for a colleague. Prices and payment options are shown when the patient books, so decide them before you share your link. The guide to accepting payments online covers that side.
4. Tell your story on the About page
The About page has a rich text bio, a list of qualifications with one entry per line, and an image with an adjustable focus point. Include your training, your approach and a friendly photo. Patients book people they feel they already know.
5. Answer the questions people ask before booking
The FAQ is edited as simple lines, one question and answer per line. Good candidates are how sessions work, how long they last, whether you offer video visits, your cancellation rules and how payment works. If you offer video visits, link to your video visit guide. Testimonials can be added too, but some licensing boards and professional ethics codes restrict or prohibit them, so check the rules for your profession first.
6. Make contact easy
The Contact section holds your location, hours and details, and includes a contact form. Every message arrives in Inquiries in your admin and you also get an email, so nobody waits in a voicemail box. Your privacy policy and terms live under Legal documents. Read the questions to ask before choosing practice software if you are unsure what to look for in a vendor.
A page for ads and social media
Landing Page 2 is a single page built for ads and social profiles. It has its own contact form, so a visitor from a social post lands on one focused page instead of your whole site.
Your own domain
Your site has an address on rafanest.com. On the Premium plan you can ask to use your own domain, for example a book.yourpractice.com address. You send the domain from the Public site page, RafaNest emails you the one DNS record to add, and the domain is switched on once that record is in place.
Which plan includes it
The pricing page lists your own branded website on the Professional plan, and a custom domain on Premium. Online booking itself is included on every plan, including the free Starter plan. For a quick start, follow the steps in getting started in 5 minutes.
