Your clinic settings: a complete guide

A few minutes in settings makes your booking page work exactly the way your practice does. Here's a tour of what you can configure.

Working hours

Set the days and time windows you see patients. You can have multiple windows per day (e.g. a morning and an afternoon block) and Tipulim turns them into bookable slots in your time zone.

Locations

Run more than one location? Add each with its own address, slot length, buffer between appointments, and number of concurrent rooms. Patients pick a location when booking and slots are computed per location.

Services (treatment types)

Define each service with a duration and price. Durations drive how slots are generated; prices flow into payments and receipts.

Pricing & treatment cards

Sell prepaid packages ("treatment cards") — e.g. a 10-session bundle — and Tipulim tracks the balance as the patient books against it.

Booking rules

• Slot increment and buffer time between appointments
• Blocked dates for vacations and holidays
• Manual approval (appointments arrive as "pending" for you to confirm)
