Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
RafaNest is used by practitioners and by their patients, some of whom have disabilities. We want everyone to be able to book, read their information and manage their care on RafaNest, and we aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we have done
Our public pages were audited with automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks, and on October 2, 2026 we fixed the text-contrast failures they found on the homepage, pricing, blog, articles, contact, sign-in and booking pages, and in the shared clinic-site header, footer and templates. Our code is checked by accessibility lint rules on every change, so form fields carry labels and interactive elements work with a keyboard. Pages are built with semantic headings and support zoom and small screens.
Known limitations
The practitioner admin area has not yet had a full accessibility audit, so some screens may still have issues. Clinic sites use the colors each clinic chooses; we adjust accent colors used as text so they stay readable, but a clinic’s own color choices can still affect contrast in places. Videos and documents uploaded by clinics are the clinic’s responsibility. We are working through these.
Report a problem
If something on RafaNest is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@rafanest.com and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply within 5 business days and, where we can, give you the information or service another way in the meantime.
